Some of our farming and horticulture customers use our “Ask a Forecaster” hotline in place of one of our subscription fax/e-mail services, as and when their operations require support. Many others supplement a subscription service with the “up to the minute” advice which the hotline provides, especially when critical jobs need to be scheduled.
