John graduated from UEA in 2003 with a degree in Meteorology and Oceanography, but liked Norwich so much he stayed here. In a previous life he lived on the Kentish coast and so now really enjoys any chance to get down to the beach. In the winter he hits the ski slopes. Currently a Forecaster, John took time out later during winter 2004/2005 to go off to Australia to spend some months working as a conservation volunteer.
