Steve Western

Brought up on a Suffolk farm, Steve’s first job was as a weather observer for three years with the British Antarctic Survey. After training as a forecaster he spent nine years in the Arabian Gulf, working at various airports, and shorter spells with Nobel Denton in London doing Tropical storm warnings and some marine forecasting at Ocean Routes in Aberdeen. Steve’s main hobby is running a smallholding.
